The BIG Picture is a colourful and creative team building event that gets all teams working towards a common goal. Teams paint sections of a picture that later fit together to make one giant group masterpiece! The painting can then be proudly hung up in the office.
Working in small groups initially, teams are given blueprints of the piece of the painting they are going to reproduce.
They then need to "earn" their paint by completing a variety of fun team games and challenges.
Once teams have earned their paints, things get colourful! They then work within their teams to correctly draw out the picture to scale on their canvases, mix the correct shades of colour and get painting.
Teams will want to be competitive but will have to collaborate if they are to match the correct scale and colours needed to make the painting look good as a whole.
When will they realise that the sooner they start working together, the more successful the end result will be?!
Teams can see the results of their team work when the event concludes with the grand unveiling of their finished masterpiece. This is a high impact finale where teams can be really proud of their team work and creativity.
The painting is then taken back to the office where it can act as a visual example of their achievements and the importance of working together as a team.
