Inspired by the Great British Bake Off, teams get creative by decorating some sweet treats.

Our expert crew will be there to give advice, tips and techniques, so everyone can be confident that they can achieve something impressive.

Just like on The Great British Bake Off, teams are given 3 different challenges - the Signature Cake, the Technical Challenge and the Showstopper!

Signature Cake - Teams decorate a round Victoria sandwich cake.

Technical Challenge - Teams decorate cupcakes and attempt something a little more technical by piping buttercream swirls.

Showstopper! - Teams carve shapes from cakes to create and decorate a show stopping team cake sculpture!

Cakes can be themed to anything from seasonal cakes, something that they feel reflects their team, their work, the company, core company values or something that fits in with the theme of the conference. Another nice idea is for teams to decorate a celebratory cake to congratulate themselves on a particular achievement or success in their work.

This event can be held as a competition, with a prize for the winning team, or can be run as a relaxing collaborative event where the reward is for everyone to share and enjoy their treats together!

As a fun conclusion to the activity, guests can display their cakes for judging and then socialise whilst enjoying their sweet treats! Leftovers can then be boxed up and enjoyed at home.
