Each team will have their own cook station, with mini oven, as well as recipe sheets and all the necessary equipment they will need to help them bake their biscuits.

Teams bake the separate pieces to make their houses as well as additional gingerbread cookies in shapes such as gingerbread men, trees and snowmen.

While pieces are baking in the oven, teams can mix their royal icing, practise their piping skills and begin making handmade sugarcraft decorations such as sugar flowers, characters, animals... whatever they can think of!

Once cooled, the biscuit pieces are ready to assemble. The sugarcraft decorations can then be added and the finishing touches are piped in royal icing with different colours and nozzles to create various effects.

Our expert chefs and cake decorators will be there to give advice, tips and techniques so that each team can create something spectacular on the day. Guests can then take their newfound professional baking and sugarcrafting skills to use back home in the kitchen.

This event can be held as a competition, with a prize for the winning team, or can be run as a relaxing collaborative event where the reward is for everyone to share and enjoy their bakes together!

As a fun conclusion to the activity, guests can display their bakes for judging and then socialise whilst enjoying their sweet treats. Leftover bakes can then be boxed up and taken home or back to the office.
